The power of education has been experienced by people at different times. In that small village school, where the fragrance of books wafted through the dusty streets, Masterji Ramprasad's magic worked. His eyes were always shining, as if he was desperate to realize a dream. Teaching was not just a job for Masterji, but his passion. He believed that education is what gives a person real power.

Radha, a little village girl, understood this thing about Masterji completely. Her bright eyes were always yearning to know something new. Once, Masterji had told a story in the class, in which a doctor served the poor. That story had awakened an unbreakable desire to become a doctor in Radha's mind.

Radha's desire

"Masterji, I want to become a doctor when I grow up," Radha said to Masterji one day.

Masterji smiled and said, "You are very smart, Radha. Your dream will definitely come true."

But Radha's family was very poor. Her parents were farmers and did not have the money to pay for Radha’s education. Radha’s mother would often tell her, “Daughter, you should leave your studies and help out in the household chores.”

One day, Radha went to a remote village for her NGO work. There she saw a familiar face. It was Masterji. Masterji had grown very old now, but he had the same sparkle in his eyes.

Radha went to Masterji and hugged him. Masterji blessed Radha. He said, “You have fulfilled my dream, son.”

Radha said, “All this was possible only because of you, Masterji. You will always be an inspiration to me.”
