A candlemaker created a candle that grew taller as it burned. Flames consumed darkness, rebuilding wax instead of melting it. People watched in awe as the candle restored itself, inch by inch. When it finally extinguished, the candle was whole—yet forever changed. The candlemaker smiled, saying, “Not all endings lessen us. Some return us to who we were meant to be.”
