Zero picked up prison by the collar of his shirt. “Why is she crying?” he asked, whisper yelling at Prison, to not upset Sashi any further. His tone, angry yet calm. “Dude all got out of her after she almost kicked my door off its hinges is that; one: there's a dog, two: an officer and three: a sign on one of my doors.” Prison whispered. Zero set Prison down and walked over to Sashi, he sat down and pulled her into his lap. “Baby girl, tell me what happened.” he said, brushing some hair from her face.

After a tearful retelling of the story, the realization hits Zero and he remembers he was the one who put the sign up. “I was the one who put up the sign, it wasn’t on the officer’s door, it was on drug dealer door” Zero spook “Then why was it the officer’s side of the altercation?” Sashi said with a sniff. Zero looked at her confused. “Prison” he said in a calm tone “I’ll check the records to see what happened” After a few hours of looking, Prison found the papers Zero asked for. “Here they are!” he said, handing them over to Zero. Zero stood up and walked out the door.

As Zero walked down the hall he mumbled to himself about Prison mixing up the souls and being incompetent little sh!t. “Officer Roosevelt Hookfin door 12 and drug dealer Loran Catania room 13” he looks at the door and sees the sign on door 12 “oh i’m the incompetent little sh!t” he said as he moved the sign over to door 13. “So what did you find, brother?” Prison asked walking out of the shadows. “Ioutthesignonthewrongdoor.” Zero muttered out “what was that?” Prison taunted “you really need to enunciate and give you words room to breath” he finished with a smirk. “I put the sign on the wrong door, happy?” Zero said, rolling his eyes. “For your pain; yes. For that tortured soul; no.” Prison said as Sashi and Ize joined them. “Hi Uncle '' Ize greeted with a smile “Hello, little one” Zero started. “I’m gonna go through the paperwork and make sure nothing like this has happened again.” he finished “Hold on! Girls this soul has been through alot, it is a skill you need to know. I’ve only touched on it briefly in your starting lessons. I’d like for you to come in and learn but I can't force you.” Prison said and waited for the girls to respond. “I want to learn.” Sashi said quickly, “I think I’ll help Uncle with the paperwork, even if it’s just putting things away or bringing papers to him.” Ize said. Prison nodded and looked at Sashi “ready?” he asked “yep” She said as she held onto Prison’s coat.

The two along with the dog from the hall, were transported to a white room with a desk and some chairs. The officer was sitting in a chair, he looked like he was the one running the show.

“Officer Roosevelt Hookfin. I am Prison God of Purgatory, this is my Jr soul saver Sashi. She’s the one who spotted your lovely K-9 and brought your case to my attachen; Albeit rather dramatically and tried to get me killed but that’s none of your concern” Prison started “We have good news, bad news and even worse news” Prison pauses “I’m dead ain’t I?” The officer asked “Yes sir” Sashi said “Sadly so is Lassy.” as she said the dog barked when her name was said. “Good news is you didn't kill her,” Sashi finished. Prison started to say “And the worst news-” “My dog being dead wasn’t the worst news, what is that dealer still alive?” The officer yelled. “Please don’t yell or I’ll be forced to cut this meeting short” Prison said in a cold tone “No, he’s dead too, you got him that night” Sashi said in a calm reassuring tone. “We’re just here to let you know, it’s not your fault, you didn’t hurt your K-9 partner, you two were laid to rest next to each other with the highest honors.” Sashi said not knowing if that was the full truth or not. “Really a 21 gun salute” the officer questioned. “I don't know but I can find out” Sashi said and started to make her way to the door. “Its ok kid, I know we got it; we died in the line of duty. Just wanted to see if you knew what you were talking about.” the officer started “i can see you’re still wet behind the ears. I do wanna thank you for helping us i do” he continued as he and the dog started to fade. “Keep it up kid, you’ve got a bright future here. Give ‘em hell kid” he finished one final bark from Lassy and they were gone.

The pair were transported back to the hallway. “That was a day and a half, I'm going to bed. Good night.” was all Sashi said as she headed to her room. “Wait! Was any of what you said true?” Prison ask. Sashi replied “What are you? A cop? Good night Prison, hope you get to enjoy your now; cold tea.” “You little shit” Prison said “Takes one to know one” Sashi said as she rounded the corner and entered her room.
