Rozlyn Khan Slams Vidyut Jamwal Over Naked Tree-Climbing Video: 'Your Career May Not Take Off'
Vidyut Jammwal's naked tree climb sparks debate, with Rozlyn Khan criticising the stunt that has gone viral.

Actor Vidyut Jammwal recently shocked fans with a video that is going viral across social media. In the clip, Vidyut can be seen climbing a tree completely naked, with his back covered by an emoji. Many have been sharing their reactions to the stunt, and now Mumbai based actress and PETA model Rozlyn Khan, has weighed in.
Rozlyn did not hold back in her social media post. She wrote, “Vidyut Jamwal, my brother, the work you have done will benefit society and the system, though your own career may not take off because of it. Being naked is not called being daring. Being naked is simply called nudity. Some people at least get naked for money, but you chose to get naked for adventure and did this so called great deed. You should be given the Bharat Ratna! Why stop there, why not go naked to the moon too? What nonsense." She added, “Look at this! This brother wants to tell us that he ‘fears’ nothing, but is only proving that he ‘wears’ nothing..! The industry has nothing left except nudity and controversial news."
In the video, Vidyut carefully climbs the tree and makes his way back to the ground, in a show of balance and focus. He captioned the post, “As a Kalaripayattu practitioner, I delve into the yogic practice of Sahaja once a year. Sahaja means returning to a state of natural ease and instinct, fostering a deeper connection to nature and inner awareness." The actor says the practice enhances body awareness, balance and mental focus.
Talking about Rozlyn Khan, who has recently returned to her birth name Rehana Khan, she has spoken openly about her cancer journey and how it shaped her outlook on life. She began her career as a Gladrags model and later appeared in PETA campaigns, including those focused on breast cancer awareness. Her work includes the 2012 film Dhama Choukdhi, the voice role in the Savita Bhabhi animated film, and the crime show Crime Alert on Dangal TV in 2018.
Vidyut Jammwal is best known for the Commando film series, where his martial arts and high octane action sequences have made him a standout action star. He has also impressed audiences in films like Junglee, Baadshaho, and Khuda Haafiz.
The video has sparked a wider debate online, with users divided over whether the act was an expression of discipline and spiritual practice or a step taken mainly for attention. While some fans praised Vidyut for his physical control and fearlessness, others echoed Rozlyn Khan’s criticism, questioning the need for nudity in a public social media post. The comment sections across platforms continue to fill with mixed opinions.

Social media users also discussed how celebrity actions influence younger audiences. Many argued that stars carry a certain responsibility, especially when their content reaches millions within minutes. Some felt the message behind the act was lost because of the shock value, while others believed the controversy overshadowed the traditional martial art Vidyut was attempting to highlight.
Vidyut has long positioned himself as a fitness focused actor who avoids typical industry shortcuts. His dedication to martial arts and disciplined living has been central to his public image. Supporters of the actor claim that the tree climbing video fits within his long standing philosophy of pushing physical and mental limits, even if the execution was unexpected.
Rozlyn Khan’s reaction also drew attention, with many appreciating her blunt tone and refusal to soften her words. Her journey through illness and her advocacy work have shaped her outspoken personality, and fans noted that her comments reflected frustration with how controversy often replaces meaningful conversations in entertainment.
As discussions continue, the incident highlights how a single post can spark conversations about fame, responsibility, tradition, and boundaries. Whether seen as art, discipline, or provocation, the video has once again shown the power of social media to turn personal expression into public debate overnight.
