Intro: after the day i had, after the failiures i've just had, after the critics have spoken i should give up but ya see i made this promise and for the one's that havent been told this i never break a promise. Sometimes I stop and wonder; Why me? But when I really think about, I realize that it's best it's me. I'm strong enough to get through. My life would break you.one minute, one hour, one day at a time...This is who I am...I am not a fake or a liar...what you see is what you get...and if you don't like what you see, then pretend you never met me!

Verse 1: Not everyone agrees with the decisions I make, but those decisions are still mine.you have to believe in yourself, because when everybody around you is telling you negative things. your gonna have to be the one to pick yourself up. I can not change my PAST, I can only make adjustments on my PRESENT to better my FUTURE! don't let the future scare you, don't the the past haunt u, just live in the moment. If you want to be successful, it's just this simple. Know what you are doing. Love what you are doing. And believe in what you are doing. I believe in me, Who I am is exactly who I'm supposed to be. I believe in my dreams, one day they will be a reality.

Verse 2: That day you will see, why I believed in me. Don't let the fear of failing keep you from trying.Sometimes you just have to take a deep breath, fight back the tears, and keep pushing yourself. If it's something you really want, don't stop until you get it.I try... I really do... somethings too hard.. sometimes to harsh... But I am 100% honest and caring...and I give with all my might!I can't promise you that I am perfect But I can promise you that I am definitely worth it!!! there are a million reasons to quit...but there is always that one reason that keeps us going. Im a fighter not a quitter if I see a slight glimmer of somethin worth fighting for i will fight for it no matter how hard or long the journey is along the way. When life is a struggle, you are presented with two options: Give up and lie down or Stand up and fight back...what can I say, I'm a fighter. I may stand alone, but I Will STAND.

Verse 3: when the world knocks me down, at least I stand back up and show them what I'm made of... i don't trample everyone else just to make myself feel better. Until I reach my dream, I refuse to die.When your back is against the wall...when it seems there is no way out...you have to face your fears...Never give up! Never back down! Never lose Faith. You'll see me fall.. I guarantee it. But you'll never see me quit.It's only failure if you quit...everything else is merely a setback. Sometimes.. I succeed. Sometimes.. I fail. But I always try. I can accept failure but I cannot accept not trying.You judge my life know by what you think you know, I wonder what you would say if you knew what my life was really like, Judge me after you walk in my shoes. I failed many times in my life and I have done things in the past that I'm not proud of. My past is a part of me, but it doesn't define me. We all have our burdens to bear...our sad stories...The key is to not let them define who you are, or your potential. You can rise above!
