Lonely Star's Tears
Did it not feel lonely?

It was very late at night, the surrounding area was extremely quiet, with only the sound of insects chirping drifting in through the open window with the gentle breeze. It woke her up from her restless sleep. She got out of bed, put on a coat, and walked out to the balcony, following a faint glow that caught her eye.
As a gust of wind blew, her coat fluttered in the breeze, and she brushed her hair aside, surveying her surroundings. There was no light around, and the neighbors were already fast asleep with the streetlights turned off. She slowly looked up towards the sky and saw a star. It was a lonely star, with no moon or other stars around it. In fact, the entire sky seemed empty except for that one star.
Did it not feel lonely? Did it not want the company of other stars or the moon? Why did it still try to shine its light so brightly?
Suddenly, her heart tightened. Did it not feel lonely? Did it not want the company of other stars or the moon? The light it was shining so hard to emit was actually tears, shimmering and flashing like a star. A star's tears. She couldn't bear to look anymore, covered her face, and went back inside, closing the windows and drawing the curtains, curling up and going back to sleep.
When she woke up in the morning, she saw the same star again, its light shining on her face, twinkling with crystal clear dots.

Very descriptive! And I like the stars shining with crystal clear dots and the nighttime setting of the story! Similar to an Ann Rice story! ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ง๐ป๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ
