Kia Ford Attending The English Premiere Festivities

Chapter Twenty Seven-Entertaining Tonight

By Marc OBrienPublished 11 months ago 3 min read

A few days later, the Peacock regained consciousness hobbling into the culinary area noticing Kia Ford sitting peacefully, “do we still have any more Carabao energy drink,” the promotional fowl inquired.

“No,” Kia Ford issued a one-word statement.

Closing the refrigerator door, the Peacock’s priorities turned towards the cupboard, “don’t you have an FA cup in here?”

“No,” Kia Ford repeated.

“I had the weirdest dream during my coma state,” the Peacock pulled up a chair.

“What was that?”

“The Gunners had no goals, and you had one,” the Peacock recounted, an unbelievable fantasy trip.

“That was no delusional escape, I did have a goal, and the gunners' clean sheet had not a smudge,” Kia Ford confirmed.

“That is why the Shrine, was doing its song and dance, I thought it was just my imagination,”

Dismissing the paper, Kia Ford alerted the Peacock, visitors were scheduled around dinner. "Well, that only gives me a few hours to get ready,” the Peacock’s attention perked, grabbing a feathery towel.

While a lovely ballad performance coming from the marketing legend’s shower serenaded the flat, Kia Ford rechecked her datebook, reassuring the Foxes were stopping by, looking for goals.

“It seems despite their good looks the foxes could get demoted,” Kia Ford remembered a reason the united west ham states woman picked up and relocated across the pond, ‘foxes were no longer producing any goals.’

“Yes,” Kia Ford paused, “but was there anything else on the agenda?”

Time passed, as the inquiry haunted the hammer girl, and a well-manicured Peacock prepared a festive bubble atmosphere, greeting the welcomed guests.

Dressed in dark seductive attire Kia Ford publicly wondered about the foxes invading her space, “are you donning that evening wear to get goals?”

“No,” the Foxes replied, “just came over and wanted some hanging out time.”

Interpreting the request, Kia Ford approved entry, and the foxes occupied the living room. Intently, monitoring the situation, the Peacock could see no goals in their eyes, “they are headed into relegation, reality finally came back.”

Finishing, putting together an appetizer plate, Kia Ford forgot what she was tending to, during this social encounter, when the cell phone buzzed, “Oh it's a dear friend,” Kia Ford pressed the proper button, “Tommy, can you hear me?’

Seconds later, Kia Ford remembered, "Tommy that is right it's your birthday, Happy Birthday.”

Once the celebratory conversation concluded, Kia Ford felt confident again knowing Tommy called giving her a goal.

“Nice to see you all,” Kia Ford distributed small edibles, “so, what is it like these days, zero goals?”

Hearing dead silence, Kia Ford retreated the comment only to encounter a disturbance inside the hallway. With great enthusiasm and excitement, the Bowen shrine showed life, imitating a casino slot machine.

“You now have two goals tonight,” the holy fixture announced.

“Two goals!” Kia Ford responded, “that is good enough for three points.”

“You know I replaced the batteries, inside the bubble machine with GP,” the Peacock tried, sparking dialogue with the foxes, curiously observing their eyes enlarge before watching the entourage rise and depart the premises.

“Don’t you think you will get a goal in the second half?” Kia Ford expressed enduring all the hysteria.

Making sure the entry was securely closed, the Peacock simmered down the bubble machine and Bowen Shrine, realizing the late hour.

“Do you think my two goals scared them off?”

Affirmatively, the Peacock agreed, and the pair opened the planning book, “well I do have a short rest before the united new castle arrives.”

Putting down the hors d’oeuvres the Peacock smiled, knowing delicious magpies were coming to town and hopefully another prime time three-point collection opportunity.
