The Boys is set to conclude its epic run with its upcoming Season 5, and while the show has had a great run, it would be rather disheartening for some fans to see the end of their beloved show. Now, a lot of people think that the franchise comes to an end with the release of The Boys Season 5, but as it turns out, there’s more to this twisted world than we thought, as we have confirmation of multiple spinoffs coming our way after the conclusion of The Boys Season 5. So, without further ado, let’s talk about all the upcoming The Boys spinoffs coming our way.

How Many ‘The Boys’ Spinoffs Will Be There?

The Boys Season 5

There have already been two The Boys spinoffs, namely, The Boys: Diabolical and Gen V, and two more are set to release after The Boys Season 5. When The Boys initially came out, the numbers it generated made Amazon Prime realise the potential of this franchise, because of which, we got to see a couple of spin-offs.

Amazon Prime’s confidence in the franchise grew steadily as each new project proved that audiences were eager to explore different corners of this violent and unpredictable universe. Instead of repeating the same storyline, the creators chose to expand the world by focusing on new timelines, new characters, and new perspectives. This approach has helped keep the franchise fresh while staying true to its core themes.

The first one to come out was an animated limited series titled “The Boys: Diabolical,” and then another series was released in live action titled “Gen V”. While Diabolical did not do as massive numbers as it was expected, Gen V gained a lot of attention with a season 2 released in 2025.

Now, following the release of The Boys Season 5, we will get to see two more spinoffs come out of the franchise, which you will find listed below-

1. Vought Rising

Vought Rising might just be the most anticipated spinoff from The Boys coming our way. This prequel series will take us all the way back to the 50’s, where we get to see Vought International in its early days. The show will primarily focus on The Boy’s Soldier Boy and the infamous Nazi supe, Stormfront, bringing to light the dynamic they used to share back in the day.

So far, we don’t have a release date for Vought Rising series, but it is speculated that it will be released sometime in 2027. The cast of this The Boys prequel, ‘Vought Rising’, includes Jensen Ackles, Aya Cash, Ricky Staffieri, Brian J. Smith, Jordan Myerie, Nicolò Pasetti, Elizabeth Posey, Will Hochman, and Mason Dye.

2. The Boys: Mexico

The Boys Season 5

Another spinoff coming our way from The Boys will be The Boys: Mexico. This series will be written by writer Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer, the writer behind DC’s Blue Beetle, and Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal are tapped in as executive producers. As of now, there are no further details available to us about this The Boys spinoff.

Although information about The Boys: Mexico is limited, its title alone suggests a fresh cultural setting that could bring new themes and challenges into the spotlight. Exploring how superhero culture operates outside the United States could add a unique layer to the franchise and open the door for entirely new characters and conflicts.

So, this is everything we know about the upcoming The Boys spinoffs.
