Invisible Shadows - Prologue
Microfiction Magic Challenge Entry
Tina was aware of "it" since she was a little girl.
It was always there. Like a dark shadow, following her through life. Always watching. She was never sure whether it was watching over her or just...watching.
Waiting for her to be "ready", perhaps.
"Ready for what?" her mum would ask. Tina never had an answer.
The only thing she knew for certain, was she could feel it's presence. She could see it, sometimes, from the corner of her eye. Slight shifts, like glitches in the world around her.
No-one believed her, but no-one could disprove her.
Until now.

I love this dark little micro, Paul. I really like the ambiguity… and now I wanna know what happens to Tina! So many possibilities!
Just the right level of uncertainty to make me want more...
Sir Paul, please, I need a full length story for this! Don't leave me hanging!

Ooooo, I was up for reading more of that even though it was probably going to scare me...hahaha! Looking forward to the next part :)
