Dreamdiary ~ Part II
The apocalyptic world of my last night, or was I in Inception?

Well, todays dream was not foreboding, and I hope it stays that way. Whatever dark corners of my unconscious like to depict apocalyptic worlds, they did it again.
So I dreamt today firstly about just driving around with my family. I don't even know anymore where we were going, but I didn't recognize the place. My sister and I were in the back of the car. After some time she started saying how she is so tired and just wants to sleep. She became very sleepy and unreactive then and I tried to make her comfortable where she was, but before she could fall sleep in the car, we reached our house instead anyway. I guided her around and she laid down on the couch. After she fell asleep instantly I covered her with blankets. I guess she needs rest. That's something true beyond the dream as well.
Then though I was suddenly somewhere else and with completely other people. We were in this abandoned hospital, where I lived in a room for a longer time, during the apocalypse apparently. With me was a stranger, a doctor. We had obviously formed a group of two to ensure survival. Things changed when another doctor (who looked like Leonardo DiCaprio???) arrived and started investigating the hospital. We found this very weird room, with stalls like a toilet, but it had tvs showing sexually stimulating videos, in order to promote human reproduction throughout the apocalypse. We were all quite disturbed by that. Something triggered then though, by us snooping around.
Suddenly we were not safe anymore.
These weird human looking things started staggering around the hospital, coming out of their storage places. They looked human, but they moved like robots, had dead eyes, no consciousness seemingly. They were like this apparently because of the virus that started the apocalypse in the first place. So me and the two doctors were sneaking from room to room, luckily their eyesight was bad and they mostly didn't see us.
We had a weird task then though: To find a new room for me, in order to give me an infusion. The doctors picked the room opposite to my old one, which I would've preferred because of the better view. I have no idea what the infusion was good for, all I know is that I needed it according to us all. I was not too keen though on them putting a needle through my toes, whyever the hell that was, how I thought an infusion works in the dream. The last thing I remember is me putting on some bandages and hospital clothes as preparation for the doctors.
Then I laid down.
And woke.
Only now I see the irony of not watching any DiCaprio movies for a longer time, but today suddenly finding myself in Inception.
Well, we forgot our dreamchecks I guess.
Cobb, you better remind me the next time I see you in my dreams!
