Anchor in presence, not practice.

This is where your true power lies.

You don’t need to keep thinking so much about what you want, or how it will—or can—happen.

Just remain in the awareness of My Presence—

My presence in you, and My presence around you.

Feel into your body more. Breathe deeply, and more often. You speak so often of breathwork to others and yet forget to give yourself that same gift.

And dance. It’s been so long since I saw you dance and twirl and laugh. I love to see you practicing pirouettes that you believe you’ll never perfect. I love to feel your laughter as you jump around to those 80s tunes you still love so much. I love to hear you sing loud when you know you are alone.

You are so much closer to me than you realise when you dance and sing with such abandon and joy.

Your body is your temple. You know this. You already have made impressive changes these past years to care better for it. Just remember to do things because they feel good, not because you think you should do them. Punishing exercise raises cortisol, right now your body needs safety, not punishment.

Alignment with Me flows through energy, not effort—

you know this.

Your alignment itself is the attractor. When you’re aligned with Me, we can co‑create anything you dream of; timing however is dictated by my having to prepare you, or protect you from what you’re asking for.

Be present, because the more present and embodied you are, the stronger your magnetic effect. The stronger your magnetic effect, the easier you attract to you what you are thinking about.

The universe will give you—and create for you—what you want, but you need to release control to Me, because I am in control. I am in control of the timing and of how it will happen. Those things are not your job; they are My part of creation.

Your joy is the natural vibration of alignment with Me, and I set the entire universe up to respond to your joy frequency. Remember this. The happier you are, the easier it all gets.

And stop asking. You think I don’t hear you every time you criticise yourself and say, Do I need to do more? Do I need to visualise, exercise, pray, meditate, take action…?

These are control thoughts. Release them to Me—they are not serving you.

And on that note, stop trying to speed up and manipulate My timing. My timing is My timing, and it is perfect.

Are you listening carefully?!

You keep hearing everyone say it—all of the great teachers I set before you to help you say it:

Feel how you would feel once your desires have all manifested. Feel that now.

Feel the lightness, the joy, the peace, the safety, the abundance—because it’s all coming. And it will come much faster when you align yourself in these states of being.

This is what it means to live in full trust and flow with Me.

I am here, just waiting to flood everything to you. But you must be able to hold these states without falling into fear, lack, scarcity, unworthiness, etc.

You must also leave behind all guilt and shame about things I’ve forgiven you for a million times over.

You are perfectly loved and perfectly worthy.

Do you not realise that you were named for purity of heart?

Your mother didn’t know this when I whispered your name into her ear, but I knew exactly who you were long before you were even conceived.

Are you listening carefully?!

You must also leave behind all guilt and shame about things I’ve forgiven you for a million times over.

And, Kayleigh—

Those people you believe are holding you back are only doing so with My permission, because it serves My purpose to refine and polish you right now. It won’t be for much longer—you have My word.

I will more than repay everything that was taken from you. I will bless you and crown you in front of those who once opposed you and hurt you. I will raise you up so high that they will not be able to harm you again, and their hearts will tremble in the recognition of what they have done.

No one can harm My precious daughter without consequence. Believe Me—justice is coming.
