The air in the server room stood at 54° Fahrenheit. Lisa perused the blinking, whirring machines and felt the power that they exuded.
She looked at the various wires and winking lights. Her idealism surrounding the reality of what she built, it was like walking into the ground floor of the tallest skyscraper in Wilmington, Delaware.
When she felt the coolness of the room, goose pimples raised on her arms. She didn’t have the warmth of a shawl or sweater and her arms remained bare.
The understanding of how her data had been encrypted and everything from her hard drive had been implemented in the system. It took her less time to reach one end of the room to the other.
Engineers worked on the different wires like beetles negotiating a leaf. Their focus seemed deliberate and truthful. They never said a word to Lisa. With every movement, they became closer to using their intelligence and years of study and experience.
As the life of her site had regained users and most importantly, she began to sense a less vulnerable emotional state, she embraced the power of constructing her life over again.
By experiencing the room which became the central nervous system for Eudomonia.
In everything she could do, she found the idea of making a more comprehensive site with the help of her staff.
For every moment she had been in the room, it was like roses had grown amongst the wires and machines. She watched them bloom and blossom with great bursts. In her imagination, Lisa could see the flowers wrap around everything. Then, the phantasm ceased and she returned to her studies in an adjacent room.
She breathed and looked out at an office space with young people determined to preserve this particular site. She looked confident.
