Dust kicked up in the wind. The land Entrepreneur Paul purchased in Sussex County, Delaware spanned two hundred acres. The man he had just purchased from had left in anger. Atkinson smiled simply.

His motorcycle sat next to the man’s Goulding. He fumed and just waved at his driver. The car sped away with fury and intent.

This didn’t rankle Entrepreneur Paul. He looked at the gray sky. A sun devil peaked through the clouds. He didn’t smile anymore. At the vastness of the acreage, he breathed in the air of the bit of land that he didn’t have to tend.

A deal with the fellow billionaire led to him to walk. He looked around and thought about his days dreaming as a boy.

He recalled his father saying, “Get some land son, and you’ll never have to worry.”

Atkinson brought his hand up as if to look out on a sea of blue waters. Instead, green stretched for what seemed like forever. His ability to land deals and to take in the scenery afforded him the chance to understand the land.

In his mind, he didn’t even want to fathom the idea of him tilling the soil or slaughtering cattle. Farmland that he would allow other people to grow fruits and vegetables on sparked his imagination.

With time, he would just look over the details on his phone. He could see the dimensions of the place and observe the vastness of the acres.

As he walked to his motorcycle, he brought up the digital forms that matched with what he wanted to do. The billionaire with whom he transacted business was a white man who still held onto the false idea that black rich men were just apes with diamond cufflinks.

Entrepreneur Paul just looked forward and then sighed.
