When Entrepreneur Paul scrolled through his various 501 (c) (3) organizations, he discerned what establishments didn’t need that much money. He donated millions to those specific causes.
He walked across his kitchen floor and made coffee. He got a notification from one of his closest benefactors and accountants.
“Entrepreneur Paul, what the hell, man?” Seda Goles asked with a few frowny faces.
Atkinson called her. “What’s the problem Seda?”
“You’re giving out more money for organizations that don’t need it. What gives?”
A smirk crossed his face as he bit into a gala apple and sipped.
“It's an incentive. Those that perform the best, get the best. It’s like paying taxes which of course in this case we don’t have to worry about at all.”
“I don’t get you sometimes….” Seda pointed out.
“atou don’t have to, all you have to do is facilitate the finances. That is your job, no?”
“All I’m saying—”
“All you’re saying is there’s a chance for you to get a raise based on your own performance. Now, we get to the bone. That’s what this pertains to, at the moment. Everyone like yourself, who has been diligent and dedicated to smarts, ought to see some increase. Same goes for those top organizations.”
“I still think that when this hits the news, we’re going to need to do damage control.”
“So we’ll control the damage. We’ll just show the world we’re serious about excelling and giving the competition, though not in the traditional sense, something that it needs: morality. The ethics realm is so important here.”
Seda sighed. “You’re the boss,” she knew this was a standard and something she never answered but she felt bereft of all vigor.
“That I am. And you’re one of my lieutenants in the field. I thank you totally.”
