Loreen Breen wore a black dress with matching pumps. She and Herschel and their daughters walked into the funeral home and saw the large room packed with people in the vestibule.

The mourners looked at the body of a great statesman for Delaware Phillip Geldman. He had served the state and became a friend to the entrepreneur. Lisa and Entrepreneur Paul met up with Loreen during the viewing hours.

“Ninety-six was a good run,” Entrepreneur Paul mentioned. He shook hands with Herschel.

“I knew that he had injected about ten billion dollars in deregulating and ceasing controls of a bill this past winter,” Lisa noted. There’s a way of looking at all this,” Lisa continued. “Because he was so well prepared as a politician and a man, he served the First State with greatness.”

“He wasn’t all that great, though. While he eventually would be a proponent of policies that worked with businesses, he struggled to come to the table with people of a darker hue.”

They all looked down and then up again in unison.

“Yes, that’s right. It took him a while to put down the mantle of racism. He, however, became more adamant when it came to maximizing opportunities to advance companies.”

“I’m here out of respect,” Loreen reminded. “I never liked the man even when he freed up the economy in this state. I’ll never forger—nor forgive him for his vicious ways. Like I said, respect.”

“I’m younger than you both and I voted for him every time. In some ways, he was the model for what I wanted to do one day as a politician.”

“You plan on running?” Entrepreneur Paul asked.

“Yes. In about ten years, I’m going to be a senator.”

Loreen and Entrepreneur Paul looked at her with some astonishment and admiration.
