Movie night allowed the Individualists to loosen up a bit. They met up at Loreen’s house which featured the largest screen and the best picture and sound.
“What?” Entrepreneur Paul asked as he looked at Lisa. Her eyes narrowed. “You know you didn’t have to call a moto movie night.”
“Do you see where we are? This is all Loreen’s idea.”
“Mmm-hmm,” Lisa replied.
Loreen appeared. They all wore sweatsuits and slippers. Loreen happened to wear all red. The smell of fresh popped popcorn wafted into the theater area.
“Did you guys not get any refreshments?” She carried a 64 ounce bucket of buttery bliss.
“My fault as a host. Why don’t I get what you want? What’ll you both have?”
“Anything with chocolate and peanuts and cola,”
“I’ll have something fruity and lemon lime soda,” Lisa giggled.
“And popcorn!” Entrepreneur Paul and Lisa shouted. Loreen employed a robot to dispense with the goodies.
“This is Togee,” Loreen announced about her robot which handed out the refreshments. Loreen sighed.
“You see we can get together on something light, right?” She asked.
“Precisely. Comedies as smart as critics have touted to be makes it so much more worth the time,” Entrepreneur Paul mentioned.
“If we don’t start now, we never will get to it,” Lisa acknowledged.
“Alright I wanted you two to be here so we can learn more about where to go next with the Collectivists,” Loreen admitted. “I can commit to you that we will get to the film, but we must talk about the idea of resisting their advances.”
“We do that without worrying about it, right? If they take up space in our minds, they’ve got the advantage. We fight them, win, and never consider it again,” Lisa explained.
“I think we are ready for tonight’s show.”
