Entrepreneur Paul positioned himself. Like a racecar driver in his seat, engaged in completing laps, he immersed himself in his work. Also like that racecar driver, he had prepared and could understand legalese like a driver who could integrate and shift gears.

He didn’t need to consider the barrage of words coming off the page. Usually, he would have just sent everything to his lawyers, but he enjoyed delving into the language of the law. He even could spot loopholes in the rhetoric. As he used audio visual aids to promote accuracy and precision in combing through the documents, a thud came to his door. When he walked over to his front door, he grabbed an aluminum baseball bat. He opened the door and found a package. Night blanketed the land but light shone just slightly on his doorstep. He called the cops.

“Yes. Yes. It’s a large envelope. Thank you.”

He waited a few moments. When a patrol car arrived at his home, he stood with the bat as if he was ready to go to the plate.

“Officers, I wanted to be certain you could first analyze this parcel.”

The officers circled around and asked for Atkinson to exit his home.

“You can leave the bat, sir, we’re going to get some specialists over here,” Officer Calista Mellini mentioned. When the unit which handles suspicious packages had shown up to the house, Entrepreneur Paul had been typing away notes on the margin of the digital field. He looked up and saw a robot rolling with aching slowness to a place behind the vehicle. Atkinson became aware of a low whirring sound. A small explosion then rocked the early morning.

“Jesus,” he heard himself say. Officer Barbara Smithee then approached the car where Entrepreneur Paul sat.

“We eliminated it.”
