Loreen and Lisa traveled to the Women’s Correctional Building in New Castle, Delaware. They showed no fear and did not shudder at the fact that some of these women committed hardcore crimes. They did not deal with them. They outlined a plan to only speak to non-violent criminals and those convicted of business crimes like fraud.

“We’re not here to judge. Each of you ladies have been found guilty of everything from minor substance possession to embezzlement. You have light sentences. Maybe three to five years plus probation. What, I Businesswoman with the assistance of Businessgirl will do is ensure you that when you get out, you stay out and prosper.”

Applause rose up from the conference room where about twenty or so inmates had assembled.

“That’s right,” Lisa recognized. “We’re going to give you the tools to make this a better transition back into the world. Whether it’s finance or cybersecurity, you will have a place given the fact you will be rehabilitated.”

An inmate stood. She had soot black skin, high cheekbones and hazel eyes, her beauty remained unrestrained.

“Yes, I just put a little of my husband’s work in my purse. I got stopped by a cop and now I’m here. What’s my future look like, Businesswoman and Businessgirl?”

“You have multiple avenues. Since you had no involvement in an act of force, you are going to be given a free range of positions in Delaware and elsewhere,” Loreen explained.

Another inmate stood up this time. She was white and had flaming red hair and green eyes and slight freckles. She stunned the room with her gorgeousness.

“I pocketed some extra dollars from the company I worked for. Who’s going to hire me?”

“You can hire yourself. Entrepreneurship is born out of necessity,” Loreen replied.

She inhaled.
