Unhindered, Entrepreneur Paul entered the room. He was a movie star who had just walked on set. His aura gave him a glow that allowed anyone in his company to feel disarmed. He wore no ten thousand dollar suits. His only extravagance was his personal jet which he treasured but did not allow to define him.

When he walked into the shop, he noticed that the eldest people had been sitting at their desks while the young ones patrolled, essentially.

By finding the CEO of the operation, twenty-six-year-old Ben Toussaint, he could address the issue.

“‘Age before beauty’,” Toussant chimed with the chestnut.

“These are almost retirees….” Entrepreneur Paul observed.

“Yes. It’s beautiful, no? I mean all of these seasoned professionals working at my shop…I’m giving them one last chance to close on a deal.”

“I see. So, do you often have ailments and issues with their work?”

“That’s why I called you. I need to make a plan that will allow these men and women the ability to choose what career path they want. Most of my people don’t want to retire. They want to work until they weep blood.”

“If you want to keep them on, that’s fine. I don’t plan on stopping either. But this is a different line of work. They’re cold calling via the internet blue hairs in Hockessin trying to get them to invest in the state’s credit card empire. It just seems out of place.”

“Oh, yeah? People my age are too focused on memes and emojis to consider sitting at a desk and just banging those mousepads and touchscreens. How do I reconcile this situation, sir?”

“Firstly, you can switch tactics and show this is a welcome place for all ages. Encourage your current staff with bonuses for ceasing all their work.”
