About this challenge
Meditation and music are two calming and transformative activities that can be good for your health in multiple ways! Whether you feel tired in the morning or out of balance by the end of the day, a soothing meditation playlist can help center you and bring you back to a place of zen.
Enter the Zen Playlist Challenge by sharing the peaceful music you listen to when you meditate, stretch, or need a brief escape from reality. Whether you prefer classical, the soothing sounds of nature, electronic music, or any other genre in between, we want to hear what relaxation sounds bring you peace. What songs do you put on to calm your anxiety, power through a vinyasa flow, or go on a walk? Embed your playlist in your story and tell us more about your therapeutic soundtrack— how do these songs make you feel? Which tunes help you to get in the zone and tune out excess noise? Whatever it is, we want to hear it!
Sit back, relax, and vibe away. 🧘♀️

The Ritual of Winter Challenge Winners
Welcome to the Winners Announcement for The Ritual of Winter challenge. This prompt focused on winter rituals and the meaning that settles into them over time. The top pieces stay grounded in ordinary acts and repeated routines, letting winter shape the work through pace, attention, and restraint.

FPS: The Last Flame Challenge Winners
Welcome to our first Winners Announcement of the year and to the final challenge in the Fall Poetry Series. The Last Flame invited writers to sit with endings, using fire as a central image to consider what remains when something burns out: ash, warmth, memory, silence, or the faint promise of what comes next. The strongest pieces treated endings as gradual rather than sudden, allowing them to flicker, dim, and linger.

FPS: Villanelle of Regret Challenge Winners
Some feelings don’t fade. They repeat. The Villanelle of Regret challenged poets to write into that return. To let regret, longing, and obsession build with each pass, rather than resolve. The strongest entries trusted repetition to carry the weight.
