Summer Camp

It’s time to dig out the swimsuits, sunscreen, and spatulas. Summer is here. ☀️

Summer tastes differently for everyone. Whether your Midsummer Night’s Feast consists of grilled hot dogs, fried chicken, bowls of fruit, toasted s’mores, or all of the above, we want to vicariously indulge in the best foods of summertime.

The Prompt:

This could be:

• A mouthwatering recipe for scalloped potatoes.
• A memory of eating gazpacho with your grandparents in July of '98.
• An essay on why watermelon is the definitive food of summer, cantaloupe be d*mned.

The possibilities are endless. In at least 600 words, tell us what summer tastes like to you.

The Prizes:

For this Challenge, all entrants win free food, courtesy of Camp—the plant-based food brand owned and operated by Creatd (the parent company of Vocal). With entirely plant-based products, Camp is on a mission to make mealtime easy, healthy, and delicious.
