About this challenge
As the year comes to a close, let's look back and reflect on this year in music. We may not have attended concerts and live performances, participated in record store day (or had the kind of year we imagined at all), but the music this year did not disappoint! Surprise album drops, months-long anticipated new records, and so many new artists emerged this year––just when we needed it the most. From Cardi B to Taylor Swift and Drake to Bad Bunny, our favorite artists and their music helped us get through this challenging time. So, we want to hear what you've been listening to all year!
Enter the 2020 Rewind Playlist Challenge and share the biggest hits from your music library this year and tell us why these songs were so meaningful to you. Playback your year track by track, and break down how these songs helped get you through 2020. What was your 2020 anthem? What do your most-streamed songs of the year say about you? What was your most played song or album to get you through lockdown? Who were your top artists? Create a playlist of your own top 20 tracks of 2020, and be sure to embed a link to your playlist in your story. We can't wait to hear what you've been jamming out to all year long! ⏪

The Ritual of Winter Challenge Winners
Welcome to the Winners Announcement for The Ritual of Winter challenge. This prompt focused on winter rituals and the meaning that settles into them over time. The top pieces stay grounded in ordinary acts and repeated routines, letting winter shape the work through pace, attention, and restraint.

FPS: The Last Flame Challenge Winners
Welcome to our first Winners Announcement of the year and to the final challenge in the Fall Poetry Series. The Last Flame invited writers to sit with endings, using fire as a central image to consider what remains when something burns out: ash, warmth, memory, silence, or the faint promise of what comes next. The strongest pieces treated endings as gradual rather than sudden, allowing them to flicker, dim, and linger.

FPS: Villanelle of Regret Challenge Winners
Some feelings don’t fade. They repeat. The Villanelle of Regret challenged poets to write into that return. To let regret, longing, and obsession build with each pass, rather than resolve. The strongest entries trusted repetition to carry the weight.
