**Name:** *Aetheris*

**Beginning Story:**

Dr. Elara Synn was a splendid physicist fixated on the idea of equal aspects. She estimated that between universes lay the *Aether*, a grandiose energy fit for reshaping reality itself. Derided by her friends, Elara led secret trials in her, not entirely set in stone to demonstrate her hypothesis.

One pivotal evening, she succeeded. Her machine tore open a crack, presenting her to the crude, untamed Aether. The energy flooded through her, changing her into a being of unadulterated, popping power. However, the Aether was shaky, and Elara's brain started to crack, split between her unique self and a dull, eager for power persona shaped by the Aether's turbulent impact.

As *Aetheris*, she employs command over energy, twisting light, power, and gravity to her will. Her broke mind sways between two limits: a legend looking to utilize her powers to shield Earth from interdimensional dangers and a bad guy who considers herself to be a divine being, resolved to reshaping the world in her picture.

Tormented by the crack she opened, Aetheris fights both outer foes and her unseen conflict for control. Each utilization of her power carries her nearer to losing herself completely to the Aether's frenzy. Her process is a test of skill and endurance to dominate her capacities and mend her psyche before she turns into the very obliteration she fears.

Eventually, Aetheris is neither legend nor miscreant however something undeniably more complicated — a power of nature, a living epitome of the flighty Aether that birthed her.
