Episode 10 – “Justice in the Shadows”
After returning home, the girls collect all of the concealed studies, movies, and files. Lara provides a reliable police detective with an anonymous tip. Officers show up a few hours later.
They don't believe the story at first, but then Iris comes forward.
"Test my blood," said Iris. Next, pose your queries.
The findings are consistent with the prohibited research logs. It all makes sense. The hospital is raided by the police under increasing pressure. The owner is apprehended after being found in possession of illicit experimentation records and secret data.
Lara and Lana remain hidden as the media frenzy erupts. They have no desire for fame. Peace is what they desire. Iris too desires her own existence.

A few weeks later, Iris and the sisters move into a peaceful cottage by the sea. Lana is drawing. Iris is reading. Lara is composing a letter that is meant for no one.
"No one will ever comprehend the amount of loss we suffered. But we discovered one another among the ashes. And perhaps—just possibly—that is sufficient.
The camera moves away. The sun is coming up. A fresh day starts.
