Egg curry is such a vegetable which you can make in a very short time. If you are a college student or one of the people going to office, and you are getting late, then at such times you can make eggs in a very short time. That we can make vegetables. You can eat egg curry with roti, rice etc. If you want, you can increase or decrease the gravy in this. So let's see how to make egg curry? How to make Egg curry recipe in English?
If you do not know how to boil an egg properly then how to boil an egg? Can read. So let's start, to make egg curry, we need these ingredients:-
Material :-
Egg: 6
Chopped Onion: 2
Green Chili: 4
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Tomato: 2 (grind in mixer)
Cumin: 2 pinches
Garam Mashala
Coriander leaf:
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Garam Mashala: 1 teaspoon
Salt: Taste Tips
Oil: 100 grams
Mint leaf
NOTE- To make the gravy better, we will add a little coconut milk or coconut shavings in it, which will change the entire taste of the curry. So here I am using coconut shavings.
Method of preparation:-
First of all, boil the egg, peel it and cut it into small pieces from the middle. So that too much oil does not splash while frying the eggs.
2. Now place the pan on the gas and add oil in it. Then add chilli, turmeric, black pepper and salt in it.
3. Then put the egg in it and fry it for some time.

4. Now pour some oil in another kadhai or pan and after it gets heated, add cumin seeds and khara garam masala in it.
5. Then add onion to it and fry it until it turns brown.
6. Then add ginger, garlic paste, green chilli, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander leaves and fry it.
7. Then add tomatoes in it and cook it for some time.
8. And when the tomatoes are cooked well, make gravy by adding water to it and cook it for 2 minutes.
9. Now take the coconut shavings in a mixer jar and add some water to it and grind it.
10. Then put it in gravy.
11. Now add the fried egg into it and cook it for some time.
12. Now add hot masala and coriander leaves in it, and our egg curry is ready.
13. Now take it out in a serving bowl and serve it with hot roti, naan or rice.
Suggestion:-
Before frying the egg, cut it a little so that the torch can reach inside.
Cook the masala well on medium flame.
Adding coconut to gravy changes its taste and adds flavor to your food.
