I read Mortal Engines last year and I came to the conclusion that I am a steampunk fantasy fan now. So I am on the lookout for more books in the steampunk genre. If you are in the same boat as me here’s a list that I am itching to read!

Mortal Engines (Hungry City Chronicles)

The world is no run by giant moving cities and one girl is on a mission to destroy the one who rules the moving city of London. Our Heroine, Hester Shaw, is hell-bent on revenge and meets a young man named Tom Natsworthy who decides to help her (mainly against his will). They must fight the giant moving cities, fly among the airships, start a revolution, and Hester must harden her resolve kill the man who ruined her life.

Fever Crumb

Children of the Flying City

Cities of Smoke & Starlight

With tag lines like epic quests, dragons, space elves, magic, Ancient artifacts, lost civilizations, and enemies to lovers this book feels like Treasure Planet, Anastasia, and Star Wars. This story follows two who are tasked with forming an alliance with a mystical race. Their goal to prevent a war with this race and their government and maybe find love in between.

Airman
