The moon hovered in the sky,

So fragile yet strong.

A song of the moon,

A melody of heartache and agony,

Floated in the air.

Hushed whispers traveling across

The frozen wasteland.

The predator howled,

A tune of sorrow and dismay.

One by one,

The creatures

Of night and day,

United in their grief,

Sang the song of fury and anguish.
