And forces you to look deeper.

It changes you.

Someone who saw beauty in everything,
Someone who valued people and tried to see them as they are.
But then you realize you're dealing with those who don’t see beauty,
Those who aren’t honest and are calculating,
Those who justify every wrong they do,
Those who only care about themselves and what they can gain from each situation,
And those who are blind to the impact of their actions.
