An example of losing the game but winning life

By dengyixiaPublished about a year ago 2 min read

Since some friends do not understand the relationship between this answer and the question, let me explain it here. Fedor, more than a decade ago, was recognized as the best fighter on earth. And this man once beat Fedor to a very fatal situation in the game, and also showed a very respectable martial artist's demeanor. After that, he lost the game purely because of Fedor's almost heaven-defying physical and psychological qualities. Although he lost, he was still honorable.

Kevin Randleman was born on August 10, 1971 in Ohio and won the NCAA wrestling championship. He signed with UFC in March 1999 and became the UFC heavyweight champion in November of the same year.

The title of UFC heavyweight champion is indeed loud, but quite a few people know him through another name "Weird Man", a nickname given to him by the Japanese; and his most well-known game was the loss to Fedor.

That man, "Fedor", "Six Billion Strongest Man", "Big Victory Expressionless Man". The Japanese really give nicknames to bluff people.

Fedor was born on September 28, 1976 in an ordinary family in Russia. His parents are a welder and a teacher. With such an ordinary background, Fedor won the Sambo World Championship and became a member of the Russian Judo National Team. With his powerful Sambo ground skills and equally excellent striking level (he can fight with the second leg king Mirko and fight with the one-punch man Mark Hunt), Fedor was hard to beat in the Pride stage. Generally speaking, as long as you know MMA, you must know the name Fedor. The Strange Man lost to Fedor.

It should not be unfair. The reason why this match is widely sung. Mainly, the wrestler Strange Man used the shocking throw on Fedor. Strange Man's cement ground against Fedor has also become a common topic in MMA. The wrestler's terrifying and huge lethality is also deeply engraved in the minds of every audience.

Fedor weighed 110 kg at the time. In this one-minute match, both sides showed strong skills, physical fitness and fighters' spirit (giving their all in the match, paying tribute to each other after the match, and not being arrogant or discouraged) which left a deep impression on everyone. Many people also joined the MMA and wrestling circles because of this. On February 11, 2016, the king of wrestling, "Superman" Kevin Randleman, was hospitalized for pneumonia and eventually passed away due to ineffective treatment of heart failure at the age of 44.
