"Good things come to those who do good, bad things come to those who do evil."

"Good things come to those who do good, bad things come to those who do evil."
There was a small village by a peaceful river where everyone lived harmoniously. In the village, there were two men, Tâm and Hùng, who had completely opposite personalities. Tâm was a kind-hearted person, always willing to help those around him. Hùng, on the other hand, was greedy and selfish, always looking to take advantage of others for his own gain.
One day, a great storm struck, causing floods and destroying many houses in the village. Without hesitation, Tâm rushed to help those affected, providing food and temporary shelter for families who had lost their homes. He also volunteered to join the rescue team to search for the missing and help rebuild the collapsed houses.
Meanwhile, Hùng only cared about his own possessions. He showed no concern for the people around him who were struggling, and even took advantage of the situation by selling essential supplies at exorbitant prices. The villagers began to shun Hùng because of his selfishness.
As time went by and the villagers gradually rebuilt their lives, Tâm earned the respect and love of everyone in the village. He became a spiritual leader, and whenever there was a difficulty, people would turn to Tâm for help and advice.
In contrast, Hùng became isolated and despised. He slowly realized that money could not buy the respect and affection of others. One day, Hùng met with an accident and was severely injured. No one came to his aid, and he had to bear the consequences of his selfishness and greed alone.
The story of Tâm and Hùng is a clear illustration of the proverb "Good things come to those who do good, bad things come to those who do evil." Tâm, with his kindness and dedication, received love and respect from everyone, while Hùng had to face the repercussions of his selfishness and greed. This is a valuable lesson about living well and treating others kindly, as our actions will reflect the life we receive in return.
