You've got some interesting reads here. I like the idea of making small changes for a healthier life. It's practical. And the southern style in Whiskey in a Teacup sounds appealing. I'm curious about Oprah's cookbook too, given her food journey. Have any of you tried implementing small changes for health? Or made a dish from one of these books?
