Doing exercise till 21 days continuously is a great achievement.

There is no such person as fat or skinny people who says this to others are the one who could only do is body shaming. A person should be fit and not only physically but also mentally. Tips to be a fit person. Be a fit person to be healthy not because that people don’t like you but because you want to be healthy.

To be fit a person is what everybody wanted to be but not everyone knows how to be fit a person. People most of the time gets confused because of their weight and only thinks about strict diet and people who are skinny also find hard to be fit. This is all because they don’t know how to maintain their weight, how to be healthy and don’t know how to things on daily basis. Everyone just randomly started exercise without making any proper time schedule. Try to do most of the exercise in one or few days and could not resist their hunger over food more than 1 to 2 days. After doing exercises 4 to 7 days, they start to skip exercise and just not keep up on the track to do such things. Instead of just randomly and start the heavy exercise. Such person should do very little exercise on the first day.

As their no goal could be achieved without a time schedule to lose weight and be a fit person, such person should make proper time schedule. Start exercise very little on the first day and increase all those exercise per week or day. When it comes to dieting it would be very difficult for almost everyone but the main thing is that no one should diet instead, the solution for it is to take control over food. Some of the tips to and to start to lose weight and become a fit person are:

1. Exercise:

Start doing exercise is mandatory to be a fit person. The time of the exercise must be increased slowly and after few months fully complete 45 minutes exercise should become the task of the daily routine. Exercise should never be skipped because stick to the routine and doing exercise on daily basis is way more necessary than doing exercise maximum time. As doing exercise on daily basis is necessary to lose weight, stay fit and maintain your health. Always exercise twice a day.

2. Avoid unhealthy food:

Stay away from unhealthy food like junk food, snacks, chocolates, candy and all those things which are not good for health. Try eating veggies, fruits and healthy food which could directly affect your body with the help of your daily routine exercises. Sometimes which means only and only one day in a month you could eat your favourite snacks and chocolates and whatever you want. Which does not matter. Instead of dieting you should control your eating habit and eat normal and healthy food. Drinking water 8 Liters a day makes you a healthy person.

3. Playing sport:

At the weekend you should play your favourite sport which is not only good for your health but also helps in releasing your stress and make you stress free. For example, playing football, table tennis, badminton, tennis and whatever sport you want to play. By playing one of these games would help you lose your weight and helps you maintain your health.

4. Get enough sleep:

For doing exercise early in the morning it is necessary to enough sleep of 7 to 8 hours. Which could help you to be active and energize the entire day. Sleep is very important for anyone to do anything if you had not sleep enough it would directly affect your mental and physical health. As your sleep could also affect your body as getting enough sleep is very important.

5. Managing time:

To do all of the things which were discussed above it is necessary that you had made a proper time schedule, that could help you to stay focused not only to lose weight but also you have time for other things to do. That is how you could manage time. You are the manger of your life that is why you are also responsible for your health.
