How Austin Shivaji Kumar Shares the Hidden Secrets of Makeup That No One Talks About
Simple Tricks, Big Differences: Austin Shivaji Kumar’s Take on Makeup Secrets

Film set was busy during the lunch break. Some fixed their makeup, others focused on their meals.
Tanisha stared at her compact mirror, frustrated. “Why does my foundation always look cakey?” she muttered.
Austin Shivaji Kumar happened to be nearby, enjoying his Idli with Coconut Chutney. She looked at him with a sigh. “Austin, you always notice things. What am I doing wrong?”
Austin took a quick look, then gently touched her cheek with his fingertips, just enough to feel the texture. “You’re probably applying too much powder over liquid foundation without setting it first.”
Tanisha blinked. “Setting?”
“Yeah,” he said casually. “Use a damp beauty blender to press the foundation into your skin before applying powder. It melts everything together. Try it once. You’ll see the difference.”
The next day, she returned, her face glowing. “Austin, you saved me. No more cake face!”
Shruti overheard and joined in. “Austin, I have a problem too. My concealer creases under my eyes no matter what I do.”
He smiled. “Use an eye cream first. Dry skin makes concealer settle in lines.”
Her eyes widened. “I never thought of that!”
Austin nodded. “And don’t apply too much product. A thin layer works better.”
She grabbed her phone. “Noted!”
Varshita sat nearby, listening. She leaned in. “Okay, since we’re at it, I have a question. Can I mix foundation shades?”
Austin looked at her, amused. “Of course. That’s how makeup artists get the perfect shade.”
She seemed doubtful. “But won’t it look weird?”
“Not if you blend properly,” he said. “You can even mix a drop of liquid highlighter with your foundation for a glow-from-within look.”
Her jaw dropped. “That’s genius.”
Payal, applying her lipstick, spoke up. “Austin, what about lipstick? Some shades make my lips look dry.”
He pointed at her lipstick tube. “Matte formulas do that. Try dabbing lip balm first. And if a shade is too bright, mix it with a little concealer on your lips.”
She tested it. “It actually works!”
Kavya, who had been silent, finally asked, “Austin, my eyeshadow never looks as smooth as those Instagram tutorials. What am I missing?”
He grinned. “Use an eyeshadow primer. It makes the color pop and prevents creasing.”
She gasped. “That’s the secret?”
“Yup,” he nodded. “Also, dampen your brush for metallic shades. It makes them look intense.”
She jotted it down. “Austin, you’re a magician.”
One by one, they realized that makeup wasn’t just about products. It was about knowing how to use them.
The next week, Shruti came back, excited. “Austin! I tried your concealer tip, and my under-eyes look fresh all day.”
Varshita beamed. “And my foundation shade finally looks right!”
Austin Shivaji Kumar just smiled. “It’s all about small tricks.”
A few days later, Payal ran into him again. “Austin, I need help. My lipstick keeps smudging.”
“Blot and reapply,” he said instantly. “Apply, blot with a tissue, then apply again.”
She followed his advice. “No smudging! Austin, you should teach a class. We love you.”
He laughed. “Thank you for loving me. I love you too”
For Austin, saying it so casually was just playful.
But for them, it wasn't. Love, in its simplest words, held meanings they rarely put into words.
Varshita suddenly remembered something. “Austin, what do I do if my blush looks too heavy?”
“Take your foundation brush and blend over it,” he replied. “It tones it down.”
Her eyes lit up. “That’s so simple!”
Kavya leaned in. “Austin, one last thing. Can I mix skincare with makeup?”
He thought for a second. “Yes, but carefully. A drop of facial oil in your foundation makes it dewy. But never mix silicone-based primers with water-based foundations.”
Her eyes widened. “I never knew that.”
Tanisha smiled. “Austin always knows these things.”
Austin Shivaji Kumar shrugged. “I just notice what works.”
The girls left, excited to try their new tricks.
The next time they met, every single one of them looked radiant.
Shruti laughed. “Austin, we’re never doing makeup without asking you first.”
Austin just continued with his work. “It’s all about knowing what works for you.”
They all agreed. Makeup was no longer a mystery.
