We all have to face skin aging at a time in our life. Someone faces earlier and someone faces later but we can't reject or avoid this fact. This is the truth of our life; in this method we can realize that we have experienced a lot.

But friends, do you know that getting aged or getting older is not the only one reason for skin ageing? There are some other reasons behind it. So, I'm going to tell you what causes skin aging and what should be your next step to keep your aging far away.

What are the reasons for skin aging?

Genetic: Genetic makeup plays a significant role in how your skin ages. Some people are genetically predisposed to age more slowly, while others may experience signs of aging earlier. That might be a reason for your skin aging, usually people in their 20s or 30s face this problem.

Loss of fat and bone density: at a certain age skin starts to lose fat and bone density, that loss can cause your face to appear less plump and more hollow.

Smoking: smoking can cause skin aging. Smoking is an independent risk factor for premature facial wrinkling and facial aging. The more a person smokes, the greater the risk. Skin damaging by Tobacco smoke typically has greyish wasted appearance.

Consuming Alcohol: well, this is a great reason for skin aging. Alcohol accelerates the aging process, by decreasing your body's natural collagen. Collagen is a protein found in the bones, muscles, skin and tendons of the human body. So, lack of collagen can cause skin aging.

UV Ray: Ultraviolet ray means sun can set impact on your skin. That causes skin care. UV rays penetrate the outer skin layer and hit the deeper layer of your skin. Makes your skin thin and damaged.

Dehydrated skin: lack of drinking water can cause skin aging, by drying the skin cells inside of your body.

Stressful lifestyle: stress is one of the important reasons for skin ageing. Living a stressful life can affect your skin cells and impact your face.

These are the important reasons for skin aging. As I said before, genetical factors can cause your skin to age, you cannot avoid this reality but, yes! You can give it a try by following the steps given below. Now let's know the solutions to this problem.

What steps should you follow for anti-aging?

Using SPF: SPF means Sun Protection Factor. Products that contain SPF ; sunscreen, sunblock help to protect your skin from UVB rays of sunlight. You can SPF30 or higher like SPF50 for best protection. Apply sunscreen on your face, neck and uncovered body parts 30 minutes before going outside. Reapply every 2-3 hours for the best result.

Stop smoking and consuming alcohol: smoking and consuming alcohol damages your skin barrier. So, stop that kind of activity.

Drink more water: water keeps your body cells hydrated from inside and makes your skin plum and tight from outside.

Facial yoga: facial yoga or facial exercise means massage; is an effective and most popular way these days to maintain your beauty. You can do it with your hands or better doing with “Guasha”. That keeps you skintight and makes you look younger. Massage your face and neck at least twice a day for 15 minutes.

Use eye cream: the skin around your eye is sensitive and thin. Use eye cream to avoid wrinkles.

Gentle cleansing: cleaning your face harshly can cause skin aging. So, avoid harsh cleaning and instead clean gently and softly.

Eat healthy and well-balanced: eating healthy and well-balanced food helps you to look younger and keeps your skin beautiful.

Use Retinol: retinol hampers the breakdown of collagen and thickens the deeper layer of skin where wrinkles get their start.

Botox: can do Botox by doctors' recommendation but it can react later like you will feel your skin too tight and stretchy.
