This Band Blows My Mind.
I Had to Create A Playlist So I Could Keep Up With My Favorite Songs!
I don't just create playlists, I buy a lot of CDs.
There is a problem though, I often run out of space; though as a general rule,
I never just create a playlist. I buy the music because that is my thank you, and my way of showing appreciation to the bands that I love.
This article is not an autobiography, but it talks about why I love The Script so much.
This is not a band that reminds me about what I went through in the past, this is a band that enables me to work through the pain and make my present stronger.
I listen to this band every day because it helps me to remember that I am strong enough to achieve my dreams.
Some people tell me that I should have reached my dreams by now, but I didn't have the security, self-esteem, confidence or faith to do that in my past.
In my present future, I do.
Here is one of those songs that reminded me of the strength I have gained as a person, in my writing, and my personal life.

This band blows my mind.
The music and the lyrics are strong, powerful, and emotional.
Every song has meaning, and every song that I listen to by the band is something that I can relate to in my own life, and in my mental health.
I find every song by The Script empowering, even when I am out of motivation.
When I feel that I'm not motivated to write or to do the other things that I need to do;
I turn my wireless headphones on and play this music while I work. I also play it loud using my laptop and my speakers when I am doing housework.
Danny O' Donoghue has a very powerful but beautiful singing voice. The emotion pours out with every song, and you cannot help but sing along. The music depends on the song, but it is a mix of strong beats, beautiful melodies, ballads, and a danceable tempo.
My husband thinks that I am married to this band because I listen to it so much!
I love a variety of different music. However, the way in which the songs are sung is very important to me.
The vocalist must sing with a strong or soft powerful voice. They must be able to express their lyrics using the full power of emotion.
A song can be sad, angry, melancholy, angry, heartbreaking; and, for a song to catch my ears, it must resonate through both sound and music.
I do listen to music that expresses anger, but The Script express their angry emotions in a different way.
They sing anger in a high but soft pitch, so not only can you tell the song expresses anger, and hurt feelings, but you can hear the tears, pain, and upset in their voice.
They express emotion so that it can be heard not just in the lyrics, but in the vocals.
Not all of The Script's songs are about anger. Some are about joy and happiness, and when you hear cheerful melodies come out through their songs; it makes you happy too.
Listening to The Script is good for my mental health;
- The music helps me to express my thoughts and emotions in a safe way because the songs encourage me to sing them out.
- The more upbeat the music, the more cheerful the lyrics, and the more I can feel the vocalist's joy coming from them; the more cheerful I become.
- The songs have me swaying or dancing every time.
- It doesn't matter what I am doing; I always end up singing along.
I think my husband is right, maybe I am married to The Script's Music, but hey! It's worth it if it helps me to take care of myself better.
I will leave you with my playlist, and I hope that you become as addicted to the band as I have!

Thank you Carol for such a well-written article. I of course am familiar with The Script and your article has now convinced me to dig into their music a little further. You made a good choice by featuring Superheroes, that song did capture me. Very well done I like the the beat and the vocalist. Everything is outstanding. Thank you again for a great article.
