Early Life

Brad was born and raised in Sturgeon Falls, a small but tight-knit community in northern Ontario. He attended White Woods Public School for middle school and later graduated from Northern Secondary School. Despite moving frequently, he remained within the same town, which helped him maintain many of his friendships while also dealing with the emotional changes that come with watching close friends move away.

Those experiences—of holding on and letting go—play a key role in the stories he tells through music. His lyrics often touch on the loyalty he feels toward the people around him, as well as the sense of loss that comes with time and change.
