Tajh Virgil—Leading to Inspire
Tajh Virgil—Leading to Inspire

What’s your name and where are you from?
I am Tajh Virgil, which is also my artist name, and I’m from Milwaukee, WI. I went through many stage names before but I chose my full name because I wanted to stay true to myself and who God created me to be.
What makes you different?
What makes me different is my ability to be a leader to those around me. I have never been a follower and especially a follower of things that aren’t going to make me or someone else better. That easily translated to me being and becoming a music artist. I always made an effort to be myself and sound different from the crowd. I make music that tells a story to the listener while cruising through their ears and resonating with the heart. I am also versitle in styles of music that I make. I can make all kinds of genres and be successful doing them. This allows me to connect with everyone and I always push a message when I can! I just want to help others connect with God, motivate and inspire others in any way possible.
What do you want to accomplish in life?
I want to give back and serve others who I see are in need by creating various opportunities for communities around the world. It’s hard to push to your goals when you have the struggles of life weighing down on you daily. I know what it’s like to try to take care of a family and still pursue a full time career or careers. I also want to help people become the best version of themselves while pushing them to operate in the gift that God has given them to help others as well. I will keep using my music and experiences to help others who can relate.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, I see myself being a successful music artist and entertainer who would have many businesses started to help people who are in unfortunate positions in life mentally, physically, or financially. If people want to elevate themselves and go to another level in life, I would be the person that you can come to and get the support you need. I don’t care about stats or numbers but I do want to be able to take care of my family from my music in 5 years. I’d rather help a person grow than to worry about who is listening. If 1,000 people can grow from my music, that makes me feel I’m doing my job.
What do you bring to the music world?
For the music world I bring a sound and messages that lead to God, hope, and self improvement. It’s so much negativity going on around us that it’s hard to focus on the positives. That’s where I feel I can become a staple by getting people to think positively when they hear me. That’s always been a goal and it’ll stay that way. Also, I want to continue to keep my family close in business because this is a dream of us all to be in the music business and help the world. They are the ones I started with and that won’t change.
What type of legacy do you wish to leave behind?
I plan on my legacy being one that teaches you to always put God 1st and everything will always work out, and that you have to work hard to get what you desire. Also, I want to teach people that you can have it all but if you don’t grow as a person and help change the things around you so it helps everyone else as well then you did nothing at all. What’s the point of getting more if you don’t reach back and help those climbing up the ladder as well!?
