Starting with a clear beginning and keeping a structure to meditation is critical for success. The time is not just wasted but used to the fullest capacity to reset and relieve conscious and subconscious mind. Everything has a time place and flow that will make meditation less cumbersome and more like a mix between fun, fantasy, and the most serious work a person can embark on in this lifetime.

Sadeness by Enigma is the gateway that puts my brain in the meditation mindset. Then the invitation to the Source of all is critical. Being I am from Key West mine has a bit of a reggae flavor to it with UB40's, Come and Take Me. Ten minutes of ocean waves help to eliminate the residual noise of thoughts, words or charged feelings. In my mind I am floating in the sea with zero cares or concerns. It is a close to Zen as I can come.

The next set of music is designed to strip what is not wanted, then balance the chakras, and finally input new focused meditations and energies that are beneficial to our aura, body, and mind. Once your energy field is ready to receive the new programing you can Gooogle any binaural beats or affirmations that you intend on setting your mind to. Lastly, is the gratitude. Ending with a meditative musical prayer of thanksgiving sets the consciousness level just encoded in during the meditation. It is designed to take about an hour because it takes a couple of minutes to set it up and motivate to the meditation and a couple of minutes to come back to this world and end it.

6. Whatever you want to work on there is a meditation for. There are meditations for wellness, weight loss, abundance, relationship building, career advancement, enhancing your brain, enhancing your skin. You name it there is a meditation for you either with affirmations or binaural beats or both combined. My recommendation is to google it. You may want a meditation where someone guides you with affirmations or if you don't have a particular goal or don't know what the next step is joy is always a safe bet. 7. Meditation of blessing and gratitude. Again any meditation with the components of gratitude for this process, this time you took to honor yourself and grow, and general blessing of being part of this experience we call life will work. Sacred Spirit - Yeha-Noha is a good one.

If you follow a sequence that includes a preparation of choosing music deliberately that will instantly put you in a particular mood and headspace just by hearing it is incredibly wise. From this point you will want to follow the sequence of cleanse, balance, and reset. When removing unwanted thoughts and vibration it is important to do this consciously when in meditation, so you have the best chance of syncing with the highest vibration and the Source which is benevolent and creates all things. Once you have achieved a balance then reset and fill the cleared space with higher vibrations and programming that you want to achieve the results of the vibrational state.
