These guys are absolutely hilarious and the brotherly bond they have is unbelievable and incredibly heartwarming to watch, the podcast features the real life brothers Joey, Matthew and Andrew lawrence the podcast started in early 2023, the brothers are very well known as they were all child actors and have stared in a lot of movies.

they also for all us 90s kids had a series of the same name with joey performing the title track for the series, all episodes of the show are available on Youtube the pod is also available on youtube and spotify as well as there supercast where the post exclusive videos.

Sector: SPORTS/ MMA/ UFC

Paddy 'the baddy' pimblett is a british ufc/ mixed martial artist who has one of the funniest sense's of humour ever and works super hard at his sport, if your into MMA for sure go and follow him he posts training videos and vlogs.

anyone who loves MMA or UFC go give him a follow, he is from liverpool and i am biased but us northerners are absolutely hilarious, i am from opposite liverpool i'm from the Wirral, haha am still northern and i am kinda funny , but honestly paddy is hilarious also he is best mates with female MMA and UFC fighter Molly 'meatball' McCann who is also a scouser.

Side Note: also if you like MMA go watch Kingdom its awsome im on my 3rd rewatch of the series and that why i think i like to watch MMA now and again when i get the time. one day would love to watch it live.

3. Instagram: WATTPAD

Sector: English/ Education and Reading

I joined this platform over 12 years ago, i began writing no fictions and poems and then i would upload my works to wattpad i was doing really well and still am on that platform, i will be uploading the story i have written on here, on to it at a later date.

but this platform is really good for upcoming writers to show case there work, it helps boost the reading audience and is a great way to start off before moving on to any other publishing platforms, like KDP where you can also publish your own works.

so go over and check out wattpads instagram a lot of the works that have been on wattpad have been developed into movies for netflix so who knows any espiring writer could potentially get a major movie deal if they are lucky.

2. Instagram: GRUNGY GENTLEMAN

Sector: Men's Fashion/ Fashion/ Style.

Grungy Gentleman is a mens fashion company owned by, fashion designer Jace Lipstein, he shows ment how to get the classy perfect style and jace also Collaborates with the NBA and plenty more, when you head over to the Grungy Gentleman page you will see videos and interviews and plenty more go check it out you wont regret it.

if you are an inspiring fashion designer, you will enjoy the things Jace walks you through on his page and he also does collaborative posts with the New York post when its game season to run down the best dressed players called the Style Run Down where they ask Jace his professional Style opinion.

número uno. haha, coming in at number one (it was hard choosing between brothers but i am a foodie), but food wise you need to go and visit and follow cafe figaro over on instagram, Milan Lipstein, yes Lipstein he is the younger brother of the above Jace, there both insanely talented, but because i love food, Milan Kinda takes first place, hey it counts there different sectors haha.

Figaro Cafe is a new york based cafe that maybe, well known too New Yorkers , and has even over the years has had some insane talent step through its doors, including Bob Dylan, Lou Reed and the legend himself Al Pacino, if you love to cook or are just into food or even if you are a travel and tourism food expert, go follow and visit Figaro cafe, i cant express even though i am yet to go myself (i promise i will be over) how much you will love it because if you head over there you will, see the food looks incredible.

Executive Chef , Milan creates beautiful dishes as he is insanely talented and the restaurant is worth the follow, Milan you the bomb.
