all of the cover songs that you hear here are on my YouTube playlist called X-rated . link to get to the playlist on

I always had this great idea that the power metal the hair, metal ballad by Poison every rose has its thorn would make a great salsa song and so I went ahead and did it and what you hear in the track is my demo version of the salsa version in my cover of every rose has its thorn by poison. I just wanted to see pretty good. It’s a little fast yes but if I slowed it down, I realize that would sound a hell of a lot but it really sounds good at the it really sounds good. I must say.

Know that in the in poisonous version of the song, CC Deville, their fantastic guitarist does a killer guitar solo but here for the salsa version of every rose had it so I thought it would be pretty interesting and quite elegant to do it this use strings for the solo so here it’s a string solo instead of an electric guitar solo. I wanted to do and let your guitar solo with the guitars that I had on my keyboard just didn’t fit. It didn’t sound what I was looking for so everything works out.

I don’t know why it is, but if I slowed would sound a lot better than what it does what I’m saying is the only thing that I could fix on this is the speed of it but other than that, I think I really did a good job Turning this hair metal and metal and classic rock classic into a fantastic . Brett Michaels the lead singer of poison had written this song about breaking up with his one of his chicks that he had and so the words this I always thought would’ve made a fantastic salsa song so I went for it and but you here now is the end result of it my cover version my salsa cover version of every Rose had poison. I don’t remember who it was. I told that about my idea to do a cover version of this song and do a salsa version, but they said I was crazy, but you know Whatever you say, but it did work out in the end.

So I decided to record the lyrics of every rose, has his thorn in Spanish just to make it more authentic and do a salsa version as I had said and it worked. If big Selena fan like I am and you’ve heard amor Prohibido the song photo She and her group had done a Spanish version a cobia version of the back on the chain gang by the pretenders. Me I had done a salsa version of every rose, has its thorn by poison. I just use that just to make my point of what it is. I’m trying to say here in this article.

So now you have three songs from my X-rated playlist on YouTube. Relax, I was just being naughty when I name my cover song playlist X-rated covers by Rikki La Rouge just to be a little sexy too. For a long time I had always idea his thorn should be made into a salsa song and so I finally to go ahead and do it and it worked so that’s the end of the story about that song and how it got recorded. Thanks for reading as well as listening to the track too here. Think outside the box please.
