Whatever I publish, you always have some advice and suggestions, without knowing me and without delving into who I really am. It's not even about me, but about the fact that you don't know my path, my process, my life, my situation, and my environment. It's easy to judge things from a distance, especially when you are completely free from yourself and the people around you. It's easy when you are surrounded by others of a similar nature. It's easy to judge and criticize, but it's much harder to accept it all, especially when there is still so much to digest and heal, not only from the past but also from the present, from those who will never change their behavior in the most difficult environments, where the word “no” is the main source of all problems. 

So please, stop. You are not invited to talk to me like that through the screen, and don't say that there is a way or that it doesn't matter, because not acknowledging the harm someone goes through every day does not help them heal, does not help them get through the whole ghost town where they prefer to make faces instead of opening their hearts to finally live life to the fullest. 

In such environments, you have no idea how deep, limited, and blocked the paths are, nor can you imagine what you have to go through when you are alone. You also cannot imagine how beautiful a world you have to create to go through all this and open your heart, instead of making faces or criticizing those who deserve only support and love. Regardless of what they do in any situation, they are always judged, neglected, and rarely safe. They have to create a new reality wherever they go, but they always have to synchronize with their surroundings, otherwise you will never win....

Also there is no way for what you advice in the world full of blocking souls also you do harm by making some jugments or suggestions where the best advice could be just to be silent because no amount of words and no amount of teaching can help to go through the very highly sensitive to make it through where one is place or when one is running into 

Such people learn more from nature and are guided by nature literally its the nature that tell what to eat what to practice its the nature that helps the most when people act in an unbearable way its the nature that heals save life and say hello when others cannot make it as of their Ego 

in bigger cities yes the divercity of people make you more lucky to find at least one happy or smiling ones so it does give a hope it brings you back a nature of a normal life but most of them still rush and rushing through life is not a life and being rushed is not a life and to make an order from all these and their chaos is not an easy task if you experience everything thousand deeper than a normal One You also go deeper when You practice on Your own You just dont show off because its never respected or used in a proper way but when the time will come and when I will be free from them all hopefully finally I will be able to share probably if I will be lucky enough it might be in an old age when nobody will care what I do until now its too much of the ones who never stop to point their eyes and instead appreciate the care the help the abuse the harm the judgments continues without a stop .......nothing new but how still harming it is to never be able to live from what you so much wanted to give ..............everytime or in everyenvironment as of them all I always need heal for longer and need give up it all because they wont stop and I dont live to fight with the ones who are entirely blocking our meridians the world is full of love when we are feeling safe and alone not surrounded by the silently killing morons ...so each practice need modification and different approach depending how much bruised you have been today its never past its the reality on earth almost everyday 

the only Love are from cats and dogs and just some from birds and from whales and from fish, trees from Moon from planetes and from stars and some people who are strangers in my Life  as the whole rest entirely show how they truly really harm 

so please kindly stop a snake year was not just a tough and not only this year was like that and I will share I will risk because I know it will help people like me who are in need of  a help that never came to save them so they learn the life the hardest the harsh way being highly sensitive having the most nightmarish life on earth and its all because of the people who they help the most to safe them because they couldnt save themselves first and now to Love to Love me no matter what You all think to Love me unconditionally and to love others but put them as the second or the last because my Life matter and all my life i was just giving my heart and then I was horribly blocked abused to share it was the most painful years of my life to not be free to share all the knowledge and help freely without abuse  most of them already is gone because life changes and things are not always the same when you need to be reborn but nobody care just watching from far away nobody helped I learned all on my own took guidance from who I thought its right with many mistakes on the road that harm and traumas still will arrive but the more I go through it all and do it my way the less problems I already have ....things i never thought will heal they do heal in the consistency of your practice making changes and your being in the healing that many now want to convince you to stop while only going on brings you life and love of Your own and for the world a new world and a new you because the changes that are happening and the worlds you carry on are so much beautiful and interesting but there is almost no chance to share it all the beauty of it all as entirely being attacked and not digesting these attacks its not the way to a healthy self and not writing about it all simply and truly will not make it go validating the truth and what you went through will help to heal and find ways to have a better life in your older self ! 

Never give up on yourself and have even more more patience with yourself but You can always give up on people at least on the ones you can if their storms are not giving you life Out You need to go through it all to save Your life to be the Light and practice to sense to feel the light in and OUT ! for a new better more harmonious One ! it will come in phases it will bring slow changes and it will finally free yOu ! The best it ever did ! Just keep on healing and practing no matter what they do and what they say ! Love and heal yourself and free yourself to have a life in between days that are just too hard to take !

practices are the most beautiful experience on my self health and on earth so why I should change my real true self for someone who cant accept cant love the differences in healing methods practice and Life approach ! 

Someone who might truly not care ! and is not aware of the harmful self !
