I was shocked too when I first listened to it, and of course, it was breaking me into pieces after giving hope, faith, and all my Love towards them , forgiving already 

Whatever They All say You ARE THE LOVE and Yes YOu carry much more Love unconditional pure Love especially for Yourself yes You do because You always did and nobody ever can change it anymore 

Some people need learn to be selfish to Love themselves unconditionally there is no other way for them especially the ones who are good, kind, humble and highly sensitive empaths the ones who spread love to others without anything back Yes You are PURE Love and You need to now Love yourself the most You ever did You need go through all the attention seeker and all of the whole rest Loving yourself it feels great it feels like You have everything and You Love yourself for just being not for doing proving or whatever someone or even you impose on yourself YOU Love yourself You Love everything deeper and deeper You empty yourself from all the mood of this world that block Your Love Your dreams that smashed Your kindness from the purity of Your Heart YOu need to Love yourself its a paradise its a pleasure its a party its a celebration for Your body mind and heart You need to smile to Your inner self first and to Your whole body organs and You want to do it You love it You are enjoying the peace the healing that comes out of it You suddenly discover new things new territories in every layer of your being inside and outisde You feel Young strong powerful healthier and better each day no matter the struggle during it You just give Yourself the best kind of living no matter your condition You wake up and You Love Yourself first the most and when You practice for example qigong taichi or any other forms or just sit or lay down or stand you close your eyes you feel the light coming straight inside of you deeper and deeper you are surrounded by the pure love and warmth of the universe inside of You and truly really feel it you feel it You become a Love form and You become formless You feel the warmth and Love fulfilling every cell inside of You going deeper into the places of wounds scars bruises discomfort that need more and more of your love and you feel like the universe is washing you whole cleaning nourishing and deepening the strength of your body and mind You feel like the whole loving waterful is purifying your mind you become very peaceful soft soft relaxed relaxed relaxed completely synchronized with the breath of the universe 

You become One Your whole being is full of Light inside outside many lights turqua light yellow light blue light green light red light 

You feel it you experience it you even see it through the third eye and You enjoy it You feel You are coming back to Yourself and the Universe is coming back to You to Your home 

Washing You, cleaning, transforming, replacing what needs to be transformed, replacing what needs to be replaced, dissolving and melting away all the bad from the top of your head baihui to the centre of your feet everything that need to go out that doesnt serves You everything bad completely totally disappeared, it goes away now it is washed away and becomes clear clear clear 

Now think about Your body as One pure transparent oneness lightness You are becoming new transformed and transparent You become One pure beautiful form of being You dont need to do anything the Universe alone is doing the work You just send intention and then you relax intention you smile to the universe and universe is smiling to You too you become fresh new reborn !

 You have new body new mind You carry new kind of state new kind of solution for each day for each problem each issue You carry beautiful light and purity in every gesture action word Haola ! haola ! Haola !
