NFL Week 3 Recap: Kicking It Up a Notch
66 yards. 198 feet. 2,376 inches. All of those equaled history for (undoubtedly) the greatest kicker in NFL history: Justin Tucker. The Baltimore Ravens played yet another nail biter in Week 3; it seems to be a theme for them this season. Week 1 saw them suffer a heartbreaking overtime loss in a Monday Night thriller. Week 2 was the 4th-and-1 call heard 'round the world. For Week 3, it was a record setting kick by Justin Tucker.

Villainess Review: Valerie Hudson (A Professor's Vengeance)
Lifetime Movie Network's "Homecoming Week" ends with this film, A Professor's Vengeance, which centers on grad school student Nicole Atkins' attempts to move on from her past affair with married professor Daniel Hudson. The quest is made difficult when Nicole ends up taking Daniel's writing class, and it gets worse with Daniel's continuous advances. The film also establishes that Daniel has strayed from his marriage before with another student; something that his wife, Valerie Hudson, won't let him forget, no matter how hard he tries to do so.

Villainess Review: Blair Dennison (Deadly Debutante)
Lifetime delivers once again with this film, billed as Deadly Debutante, but credited under the longer title, Deadly Debutantes: A Night to Die For. The film centers around the Debutante Ball, and the two main participants: Anna Phillips and Sophia Martinez. For Anna, becoming a debutante is expected; she comes from a very well-off family, plus her mother, Diana Phillips, won her Debutante Ball. As the film also shows, there is heavy pressure on both Diana and Howard Phillips for Anna to succeed, and it was definitely getting to her.

A lot of Knockouts-related news came out of the most recent edition of Impact Wrestling, with the centerpiece being the announcement of an absolute dream match that will take place at Bound for Glory--which is Impact's version of WrestleMania. At the event, Deonna Purrazzo will defend the Knockouts Championship against Mickie James in a match that has been building up since Slammiversary this past summer.

Villainess Review: Daisy Faulkner (The Secret Lives of College Freshmen)
One night after LMN gave us Secret Life of a Student, we received this amazing film, The Secret Lives of College Freshmen, which centered on Hannah Marks attending college in Oregon--a long way from her California home. She meets up with her best friend, Jodie Mays, who shows Hannah around the campus, with another student, Daisy Faulkner, doing the same. Hannah's elation increases when she finds out that the teacher in her writing class is none other than her idol, Andrew Hampton, who takes a liking to Hannah quickly.

CFL Week 8 Recap: Roughriders Close in on West Lead
The first half of the 2021 CFL season came to a close, and what a first half it has been so far. It started with madness, and ended with chaos, as everything shifted in only a matter of seconds. Week 8 only consisted of three games, but every single one of them was important.

Villainess Review: Nadia Sterling (Secret Life of a Student)
I learned about this film from Reel One's site, where it was listed under its original title, A Lethal Lesson, and once I saw it would air as the retitled, Secret Life of a Student, I was counting down the days until airtime. The film centered on high school teacher Lauren Beeches, who was shown tutoring one of her students, Connor Marrin, before engaging in a phone conversation with her best friend, Chloe Sterling. Little did Lauren know that it would be the last time she would ever speak to Chloe, as just moments later, Chloe was suddenly stabbed to death near her car in an underground parking lot.

NHL 2021-22 Pacific Division Preview
The Pacific Division is fascinating for many reasons, with one of them being that it took the least effort to form in the 2013-14 season. How was it formed? Simple. The remnants of the five team iteration--the California teams (Anaheim Ducks, Los Angeles Kings, and San Jose Sharks) and the Arizona Coyotes)--were put together with the Northwest Division's Canadian teams (Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, and Vancouver Canucks. That's it. The Vegas Golden Knights became the Pacific's eighth team when they began play in the 2017-18 season, and the Seattle Kraken (the NHL's newest franchise) replaced the outgoing Coyotes in the Pacific, due to the Coyotes moving to the Central Division. It is the only division not to feature a team who switched conferences, and it is the only one to not have an Original Six franchise.

NHL 2021-22 Central Division Preview
When news of the NHL realigning their divisions broke eight years ago, I was wondering how they would look. Not surprisingly, I was immensely happy with the look of the four divisions, but the one I couldn't help but gush over the most was the Central Division. I literally salivated over this; it looked like it was going to be a very, very fun division to watch.
