“Well, next time we will see each other we will be getting married,” Hollie threw her arms around me.

“Yeah, twenty-four hours,” I grinned.

It was finally happening, I was marrying the first girl I ever kissed, or made out with, after so many years.

It made the saying all so true. True love does find a way.

I dropped Hollie off at her best friend’s house and waved goodbye. I was off to my friend’s house.

I had lost many of my friends since that incident at the bar. Some of them didn’t like the way I took Hollie away from Eric, but like Hollie told them and many others. Eric and she were only dating; there had been no solid commitment made, so he had no reason to be upset.

It didn’t matter anyway, I had made some new friends and rekindled old friendships with people I went to high school with.

Everything was turning out much better than I planned.

“Okay,” Wayne, my friend, said as we started drinking at the local bar.

“Oh no,” I shook my head. “You promised!”

“Oh, not that,” Wayne shook his head.

I told them no strippers, dancers, or anything of the sort.

“We just want to know on a scale of one through ten,” Logan started. “How rich are you?”

“That’s the dying question?” I asked. “How much money do I make or have?”

“Everywhere we go you always pick up the tab,” Wayne stated.

“And there has been some hefty tabs,” Gregg stared at me as we sat at the bar.

“So, are we talking let’s hop on a private jet and take this party out of state rich,” Wayne hinted.

“Or we can rent a nice limo and head downtown rich?” Logan asked.

“Which one do you want to do?” I asked with a slight grin.

“No, seriously,” Wayne looked at me with a beer in his hand.

“I am being serious as well, which one?” I replied.

“I have always wanted to go on a jet,” Gregg shrugged.

“You would like to go on anything,” Logan told him. “He hasn’t even left the state, let alone the country.”

“I hear the bars in Texas are nice,” Leonard stared at me.

“Texas, that’s not too far we can be back in a few hours,” I nodded.

“Hey Terry,” I talked to my friend at the airport. “Me and a few friends are thinking of hitting a few bars in Texas for my bachelor party, you got any pilots that can take us?”

“He is saying it like he is calling a cab or some shit,” Gregg shook his head.

“Thanks bud will be there in about an hour or so,” I hung up. “Let’s go.”

“I can’t believe it,” Gregg repeated.

“Shit and we get to drink?” Leonard exclaimed as I opened a bottle of bourbon.

“We are on a jet, and drinking, we are like rich people,” Wayne laughed.

“Don’t tell Hollie!” I pointed at them. “She thinks I only do this for her, so keep it to yourselves!”

“Won’t say a word!” Wayne zipped his mouth.

“You took them on the jet, didn’t you?” Hollie asked me at the reception as she looked at the guys laughing and smiling.

“How!” I looked at them, thinking which one of them told their wives.

“You know they wouldn’t keep it to themselves,” Hollie smiled at me. “At least there weren’t any strippers.”

“No way,” I shook my head. “Why would I want a stripper?”

“Good answer, because later tonight I will be your private stripper,” Hollie teased.

I quickly stood up. “What are you doing!” Hollie exclaimed.

“Ending this now, why wait?” I smiled.

Hollie pulled me back down onto my seat.

“You are too much,” Hollie grinned as she kissed me.
