The US lifting the ban on the NY offshore wind project is a step in the right direction. But redirecting Puerto Rico's solar funds to oil plants is backward. SSE cutting its investment due to delays is understandable. It makes me wonder how these changes will impact the overall renewable energy push globally. And what's the deal with Colombia potentially exempting some renewables from environmental licenses?
