💔 Love Scam – The Real Strike of a Fake Profile

When a heart loved without seeing, and betrayal opened its eyes…

🌐 Part 1: The Beginning – A Friend Request

Arman, a 20-year-old boy living in a middle-class neighborhood of Karachi, was just an ordinary young man. He was studying B.Com at a private college and spent the rest of his time freelancing and playing mobile games. He wasn’t very talkative in person, but he was quite active on social media.

One night around 11 PM, he received a friend request on Facebook — a beautiful girl in the profile picture, named Zoya Malik.

"Who’s this?" he wondered. But the pictures, posts, and mutual friends didn’t seem suspicious. So, he accepted the request.

Moments later, the first message popped up:

"Hi... do I know you? 😊"

A conversation started — and soon, a strange interest began to grow. Zoya said she was from Lahore, studying at a private university, and looking for “a genuine friend close to the heart.”

💬 Part 2: From Chat to Heart

Within a few days, Arman and Zoya started chatting every day. Arman, who rarely opened up about his emotions, now found himself sharing his deepest feelings.

Zoya seemed smart, caring, and engaging. Sometimes she sent poetry, sometimes voice notes. She once said:

> “Arman, people like you are rare in this world… I feel safe talking to you.”

Arman had become emotionally attached. He eagerly waited for her messages and slowly, Zoya became the center of his day and night.

One day, Zoya asked:

"Do you really love me?"

Arman replied:

"You are in every prayer of mine. Even if I can’t ever have you, my heart has already accepted you."

💸 Part 3: Love or Trap?

Then one day, Zoya said:

> "My father is sick and needs medicine… I can't ask anyone else, but I trust you."

Arman's heart was already overflowing with love. Without hesitation, he sent Rs. 5000 through JazzCash.

A few days later, she messaged again:

> "Arman, my phone is broken, I can’t do video calls. If I get a new one, we can talk properly."

Arman sent another Rs. 15,000 from his freelancing income. He did feel a little doubt this time — but his blind trust in love silenced it.

🕵️ Part 4: The Mask Falls

A few days later, Zoya disappeared. No messages, no replies.

Arman grew anxious and restless, constantly checking online — but the profile had been deleted.

He shared her photos and chats with a friend who was learning ethical hacking. After a few hours of investigation, the truth was exposed:

There was no girl named Zoya Malik.

The profile was fake — images stolen from Pinterest, and the number behind it belonged to a 17-year-old boy, sitting in a local gaming café, scamming people using fake profiles.

Arman’s world shattered. He felt foolish, blindly falling in love — and betrayal finally opened his eyes.

🛑 Part 5: Shock, Truth & Comeback

Arman spent days in depression. He began to hate his phone. He wanted to burn everything. But one day, he told himself:

> "I was genuine… the fault was not in me, but in their character."

He wrote about his experience in a blog, and it started gaining attention. Many youngsters reached out — they too had been scammed in similar ways.

Now, Arman runs a YouTube channel:

🎥 "Digital Scams Exposed"

Where he educates youth on:

How to identify fake profiles

Never send money driven by emotion

Don’t blindly trust someone in a virtual romance

✅ Final Message:

> Love isn’t blind — we just close our eyes ourselves.

Those who deceive never “love,” they only “look for an opportunity.”
