Don't buy this because you spend too many hours staring down at your laptop and the odd angle is causing you neck pains, and a simple solution would be to prop up your screen to eye level. Buy this for your cat because your cat will love it. While you might think this is ergonomically designed so you can store things like pens, notepads and headphones neatly under there, it is really for your cat. As you can see, Fitz the Cat can almost fit right under there. The heat from the laptop's fan warms him like his own personal space heater. He also has more room to supervise me working and demand attention during Zoom calls and important meetings.

I love this portable computer stand. I would recommend one of these, or similar, to anyone who regularly uses the computer.


I bought mine to lift my 13 "Lenovo Yoga 730. It fits well. I like the matte aluminum finish, it has a rubber grip to keep the PC smooth, and it sounds very strong. My only warning is that there is a lip at the end of the stand arms that bend at the top about an inch. This will not be noticeable if your laptop / mac has a thick base, but mine is very small, so the curve is slowing down.


Personally, I like to rest my wrist on it when using the trackpad, but I understand how it can get in the way of someone with a different postural selection or a laptop computer with a different size. I tried to use my new girlfriend's "13" Macbook, which is almost half like mine, and was not at all comfortable to use.
